Five thousand 561 people graduated from its different branches in the eight municipalities  

The Youth Computer and Electronic Club of Las Tunas maintained in 2021 its contribution to the government's computerization program, despite the hard impact that the restrictions imposed by COVID-19 during a good part of the year had on the provision of its services.

Las Tunas, Cuba - Not even the strict quarantine to which the province was subjected during July, August, and September did not stop the activity among the Club collectives. During those days, although their units remained closed, they collaborated in the processing of statistical information related to the pandemic and the successive vaccination campaigns against SARS-CoV-2. In addition, they continued to provide remote services to their private data network clients and several of their workers collaborated in other urgent tasks that arose within the entities attached to the Ministry of Communications, such as easing the bottlenecks that occurred in the national and international parcel distribution system.

Despite the aforementioned pitfalls and according to its own records, five thousand 561 people graduated from its different branches in the eight municipalities of Las Tunas during 2021, who took part in the more than 35-course programs they offer related to Electronics, Robotics, cellular technology, the use of the Internet and payment gateways.

"About natural customers, for the attention to the private network administrators connected to TinoRed, the institution specified when summarizing the year just concluded from its official website here, the province created together with these 24 access points, which allowed the connection of more than 800 users."
Likewise, he said, they consolidated their commercial links with 170 clients among the local state entities.

Part of the strategy adopted, he said, was to advise companies such as Palmares, Cuba Petróleos, and Commerce on the use of the EnZona platform, as a way to favor electronic commerce, linking the contracting with the company Zetid. Similarly, the payment of services by Transfermóvil and QR code was implemented in all the Clubs. "These alliances allowed an increase in sales and income plans," he assured.
