Cuba Appoints New Vice-president of the Council of Ministers
The Council of State also, at the proposal of its President, agreed to promote to the position of vice-president of the Council of Ministers comrade Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, Bachelor of Economics, who served since 2008 as First Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Party in Ciego de Ávila and from September 2012 in Camagüey.
