The President of Cuba's Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, yesterday May 2, at the Palace of the Revolution, received Ivan I. Mélnikov, first vice president of the State Duma and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, who is visiting our country.
