WFP Supports Cuban Response to Tornado's Damages
A statement from the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) has announced on Saturday that Italy is supporting Cuban efforts to cope with the damage caused by a tornado that hit Havana.
New Homes for 42 Families in Havana
Thanks to the conversion of the former 24 de Febrero nursing home into housing, 42 families whose homes were damaged by the tornado that hit areas of Havana, January 27, now have a new home, with keys handed over this weekend by the building forces who completed the works.
