Las Tunas, Cuba.- After a tour of seven Cuban provinces and the auditions for the opening of the Clown National School in this city, Teatro Tuyo, a consecrated group of performing arts, develops a successful tour of Denmark and Sweden that will last until the end of the current month.

An adaptation for open spaces of the Superbandaclown play will be able to enjoy by the people of Denmark and Sweden, in addition to the Gray play, both are the most recognized of the repertoire of the company that this year celebrates its 20 years of foundation.

In Denmark, Teatro Tuyo occupied squares and streets to entertain the inhabitants of the Scandinavian Peninsula with a staging based primarily on Cuban dances and rhythms. They also participated in the Street Cut Festival, according to announcements by the actor and director Ernesto Parra Borroto, through social networks.

While in Gothenburg, Sweden, the Gray play shook the public at the Stora Teatern, a time to expose the value of the Cuban group and to demonstrate that the clown is an art capable of connecting with audiences beyond languages and cultures.

Among the projections of the tour of the Old Continent, the four members of Teatro Tuyo who participate in this experience prepare the performance of The Ghost play with script and staging by Søren Valente Ovesen, actor and leader of the Batida Theater group, which is a reference for Parra, and the group. A proposal to which they dedicate the maximum effort for the luxury of being guided by a paradigm in clown arts such as Valente.

Ernesto Parra confirms to the Cuban News Agency through social networks that this Friday, Teatro Tuyo had a presentation at Ringkobing, in the International Performance Art Festival, to which they were invited to the 20th anniversary of Teatret OM.

In addition, the experience will also serve as a working meeting to connect ideas and dreams between artistic units of the European country and Las Tunas, so that children, adolescents and young people have a theater closer to their realities and useful in their development.

Before going to Europe, the renowned group of clowns toured Havana, Mayabeque, Matanzas, Villa Clara, Sancti Spíritus, Ciego de Ávila and Guantánamo. Such tour was organized by the National Council of the Performing Arts to celebrate the 20 years of its founding.

At the returning from Europe, Teatro Tuyo will culminate with the enrollment of the candidates that will finally integrate the National School of Clown in Las Tunas on September 6th, graduates who will be part of the cast of this group until the enrollment of students from other provinces will be possible.
