Las Tunas - The members of the José Martí Art Instructors Brigade in Las Tunas, as part of the celebrations for its 15th anniversary, today develop a territorial meeting in this city.

Around 35 members from all the municipalities of the province attend the event. They are outstanding young people in their daily work who bet on socializing experiences and proposing new paths based on artistic appreciation.
Activities include a lecture by the writer Carlos Tamayo, the Pride of being an art instructor panel, and the inauguration of a plastic arts expo in the House of Décima (the national stanza).
Among the activities for the celebration is the presentation, in the early hours of this afternoon, of the 15 Years Distinction. A recognition to institutions and personalities that during these years have favored the development and the constant work of the art instructors in this province.
Fidel Castro created the Art Instructors Brigade in Cuba 15 years ago. The activities for October 20th that honor the date of its foundation and the Cuban Culture Day, are dedicated to its members, that in this province have a total of 600 approximately.
