Las Tunas, Cuba.- Dedicated to the personality of the universal cinematography, Alfred Hitchcock, Cinemazul, in its 25th edition, proposes a tour of the work of the also known as the Master of Thriller through the cinema debates in competition in each of the eight municipalities in the province, Yunicelia Zamora Mercantete, senior specialist of the Provincial Center of Cinema, told the Cuban News Agency.

The classics of Hitchcock, Psychosis, The Birds, Vertigo, The indiscreet window and others, are among the proposals of the event, occasion in which members of the film clubs, critics, filmmakers and lovers of this art, will also hold debates in high school, pre-university and universities educational centers, added the specialist.
Zamora Mercantete also explained that Cinemazul includes among its sections Los Mil Elpidios Children's Workshop, dedicated to those who have been winners in the competition My favorite cartoon.

The performance of the Cirkaso Company and the delivery of the OLA Prize, an award that values the presentation and attitude of each contestant during the feature and debate of the films, complete the festival program, which is based in the Tomás Gutiérrez Alea "Titón" Hall, at the Tunas Theater.

Developed since 1994, the Cinemazul Festival is the only one of its kind in Cuba, and during all these years it has been way and means to acquire and to teach cinematographic knowledge, especially elements of the soundtrack, photography, performances, special effects, and scenery.
