Eusebio Leal Defends Cuba’s Truths
With the President of Cuba's Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, in attendance, Eusebio Leal Spengler received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in International Relations, granted by the Raúl Roa Kourí Higher Institute of International Relations.
