Las Tunas.- The faculty of this center of Higher Education combines its teaching work in the current school calendar, with the preparation of aspiring Doctors and Masters, and organizes workshops and postgraduate courses.
In a press conference given by Yoenia Barbán Sarduy, first vice-chancellor, it was learned that the University has 88 research projects and 11 mastery programs, of which three are endorsed by the National Accreditation Board.
Barbán Sarduy told 26Digital that the school boasts a portfolio of courses, tutoring programs and academic internships, and a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences.
She pointed out that Education, Agriculture and the business sectors are those with great figure of agreements for the improvement of its professionals, in which the specialty of Economics stands out, with more than 280, of which 187 are enrolled in the Mastery of Business Management.
The University of Las Tunas has graduated more than 1,500 students in Economic Sciences, since it was founded as a subsidiary in 1974, a career that along with Agricultural Engineering, are key to the development of the province.
