Las Tunas, Cuba.- The work, an old desire of Las Tunas inhabitants, began its execution in February of last year and its delivery is scheduled for July 26th , National Rebellion Day.

The room will have two bathrooms, each with two showers and three toilets. It will have a perimeter portal to offer a little more comfort; and laundries will be made looking for more amenities and well-being for the relatives of the hospitalized patients.

The workers in charge of building it strive to achieve its early completion, despite the climatic effects and some material setbacks that have slowed the construction process.

The Dr. Ernesto Guevara Hospital is the main health facility in the province of Las Tunas. It was inaugurated by Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz on June 14, 1981. It is currently immersed in an extensive repair and remodeling project, of which this work is part.
