The actions also seek to promote the initiation within the first hour of life of the baby, accompanied by the father, and promote the work of equitable parental social protection in all its forms (parental, maternity, paternity or family leave).
On these days, the health staff will also talk about the subject in waiting rooms of medical offices; polyclinics, maternal homes and gynecological services, as well as women who donate milk will are recognized.
The strategic alliance workshop with organizations, sectors and civil society will be very helpful to achieve family and social support for breastfeeding. Educational strategies will be extended until 2020 and will include interventions in the community and homes to protect, promote and support the process.
