U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Wednesday that Donald Trump's administration will fully implement Title III of the controversial Helms-Burton Act against Cuba beginning on May 2.

Anti-Cuban senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Bob Menéndez (D-NJ) has introduced legislation seeking to ban official recognition or trademark rights of Cuban brands in the United States.
