The Blockade: Not Only Unjust, But also Illegal

The people of Cuba have lived, for more than half a century, under the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States, and are marked by this punishment for their "deadly sin." From the oldest to the youngest, the entire population has suffered its consequences.

The United Nations General Assembly passed with 189 votes in favor and only 2 against - the United States and Israel - a Cuban-sponsored resolution on the necessity of ending the blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuba.

Students and professors from the University of this province of eastern Cuba joined from physical and digital spaces to the "beehive" against the blockade on Cuba convened by the Federation of University Student (FEU).

Cuban Universities, Victims of U.S. Blockade
