Jobabo, Las Tunas.- The popular consultation had good people's attendance in that settlement and the others belonging to the popular council of which it is part. Their proposals evidently approached to the realities and characteristics of the inhabitants of the area, generally with good preparation in politic and mostly dedicated to the agricultural production.
Precisely for this reason, several proposals were referred to the right to work and the duty of do it, framed in Article 31 of the project, insisting that must be rectified and passed off as" an obligation of the persons able to do so."
The rights, duties and guarantees of citizenship, the role of the State and the Government, the structuring of administrative management were analyzed; as well as the different roles played by institutions and entities at the local sphere and the new qualifications acquired the by the governance at level of province.
How the state will guarantee the right of citizens to a decent home and if the criteria issued in popular consultations will be considered for the legal basis after the approval of the new Constitution were among the concerns of the citizens.
