Las Tunas, Cuba.- Cheerful faces of different ages distinguish the delegation of Las Tunas, in which all sectors of society are represented; the spirit that marked the rebirth of the work of that organization here highlights.
Monday's agenda, prior to their departure to the capital, was full of emotional meetings with representatives of both sexes of important sectors of production and services such as Health, Education, the Ministry of Agriculture, the tobacco factory, the Local Agricultural Innovation Project (PIAL) of the University and the Basic Electric Organization, among others.
They also talked with leaders of the political and mass organizations, participated in videoconferences about the update of the country's economic model and, in the evening, as a farewell, they shared with the residents of the Popular Council 19, at the Sosa district of this city, who praised their active participation in blocks and delegations of the Federation, as well as their individual and collective contribution to the integral development of communities and municipalities.
Work commissions begin session today and the plenary assembly of the great event will meet next Friday to debate agreements and commemorate Women's Day. Delegates coming from all the provinces and the special municipality of Isla de la Juventud will share their achievements, assume the challenges and outline the immediate and future working directives.
