García Pedraza emphasized that nobody here ignores the complex situation in which they develop the current campaign marked by serious problems of assurances of essential material resources, but with the existing ones, if we are well organized and more farsighted, we can reach the goal and do a little more."
The director socialized an opinion of the president of the Azcuba Group that recognizes the potential of the Cuban provinces of Villa Clara, Las Tunas, Matanzas, Cienfuegos and Holguín to respond to the demands of the nation, because "they have cane and are able to comply and contribute an extra to the country's program ".

García Pedraza warned that another vital issue is the one referred to the strict compliance of the programmed maintenance, "so that this old technique that already has more than 100 days of exploitation survives the fatigue of the irons.
