Today we are getting closer to the communities, bringing our services, at reasonable prices, such as computer assistance and children's access to video games.

Likewise, the institution that belongs to the Ministry of Communications does not lose its role as guarantor of the access of the majority to the new technologies of info-communication insisted Yudith Caraballo Carralero, vice-director for computerization. She said that more than 8,000 people graduate from free courses in Las Tunas every year. These classes have the purpose of expanding the knowledge of the local population about the different tools and software. She added that this 2019 had the peculiarity of having more than 68 graduate infants who were initiated into programming learning from an Inventor platform. This seeks to comply with the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.

Caraballo Carralero also informed that during this calendar, they continued with the actions to improve their infrastructure, specifically to favor the connectivity of their facilities. Concerning the previous statement, they have at least one Computing Club per municipality with 100 megabits of bandwidth; which is particularly relevant because it allows direct download of the Mochila cultural product widely accepted among the population.

She also commented that Las Tunas is in the preparation phase towards an eventual integration between the Computing Clubs and private data networks, in line with the entry into force of resolutions 98 and 99 of 2019 of the Ministry of Communications (MINCOM), which opened the door for Cuban natural persons to legally operate those networks and high-speed wireless systems. The officer clarified that this process will take place after the installation of the technical infrastructure that enables it so that users can join the Computing Clubs to access, for example, the Ludox platform.

Since mid-August, technical tests have been carried out between the specialists of the Ministry of Communications and the operators of these non-official data networks in Havana, to find a way to achieve this integration.

Finally, Caraballo Carralero said that other of the paths of the Computing Clubs in Las Tunas will continue to expand the coverage of their services through mobile devices in order to deal with the lack of equipment.
