Las Tunas promotes access to bank loans for natural persons

Las Tunas: The product and service options of the Credit and Commerce Bank (Bandec) in Cuba include loans to its customers for the purchase of materials for construction works and cooking equipment.

"Everyone can access these credit opportunities. Whenever we have the capacity to pay, and the guarantors are at the same level as the applicant, the interested parties may come to our branches without any problems, they are attended and the procedures begin," said Yarlis Escobar Suarez, Business Manager of Bandec Las Tunas.
The granted financing in Las Tunas, province of eastern Cuba, since the beginning of this banking policy, for these two concepts of credits, are around 162 million pesos.
Specialists insist on the different types of credits to obtain bank benefits.
"There are different modalities within the two credits, which must have at least, for example, in the cooking, 50.00 pesos and has a duration of five years. People can present in this case a single guarantor if the loan do not exceed five thousand pesos. Two guarantors are required for construction materials. For each credit are admitted up to $20,000 pesos in the branch, if it exceeds $20,000 to $30,000 pesos the process will take place in the provincial headquarter where the customer should go," said the business manager.
The Cuban banking system contributes with its benefits the economic and social reorganization of the country.
