Rodríguez also denounced the various attacks that occurred in recent days, mentioning the attacks after the partial restitution of energy, delaying further the restoration of service.
The official congratulated the people for their civic behavior, and urged them to be alert in the coming hours, because "sabotage by the sectors of the Venezuelan right will continue," he said. (RHC)
