The announcement was made during the commemoration of Benito Juárez' 211th birthday anniversary at the National Palace.
Peña Nieto said 'Education without Borders' was a legislative change that would benefit thousands of Mexican youths that return to our nation, after finishing professional studies.
He specified that conditions had been created for them to be able to revalidate their graduate certificates or finish elementary or higher education, centers to teach the Spanish language to those who do not know it.
The president asserted that all emigrants would get the necessary support, work and studies. It is a State priority, he insisted.
In the president's opinion, with those actions, "we send a message of unity, certainty and confidence to Mexicans abroad." (PL)
