On the social network Twitter, Arreaza said that the document is unacceptable and also that it seeks to continue the current attempts for an alleged humanitarian aid for Venezuelans.
Arreaza said that with this statement, France is giving in to Donald Trump's management and seeks to imitate old imperialist times, which are already overcome.
"The crimes perpetrated by the Venezuelan right-wing, linked to corruption and violence, are deplored by the French laws as well," said Arreaza.
He also denounced the unpatriotic actions of Venezuelan opposition parliamentarians Julio Borges and Freddy Guevara, who in their ongoing international tour ask for sanctions against the economy and the people of Venezuela.
In other messages, Arreaza accused Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy of attacking the dignity of Venezuela, despite being targeted by the most serious corruption scandals in the history of Spain.
"It is not surprising that the management of the Spanish right-wing supports the crimes perpetrated by its political protégés of the Venezuelan extremist right-wing," he said.
The Venezuelan Government delivered yesterday protest statements to ambassadors in Caracas from Spain, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom, for the intervention of their respective governments into the internal affairs of Venezuela.
The governments from those countries questioned the Venezuelan justice for banning extreme-right-wing activist Lilian Tintori from leaving the country since she is under investigation for alleged money laundering, said Arreaza.
Tintori used the aforementioned ambassadors for a new media scandal that she tried to stage on Saturday at the international airport Simon Bolivar in Maiquetia, despite being aware that she is investigated for $200 million bolivars that the authorities found hidden in a van and which she admitted to be the owner.
