Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez said on Friday that Cuban diplomacy maintains its commitment to defend the Revolution.

Havana, Cuba.- On Twitter, Rodríguez celebrated the 63rd anniversary of the ministry (MINREX) that he heads with a congratulatory message. Warmest congratulations to MINREX workers and those who have taken part in our battles for 63 years.

He added that revolutionary diplomacy reaffirms its commitment to serving the homeland and the heroic Cuban people faithfully and defending its Revolution.

The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Cuba was created on December 23, 1959, by a decree issued by the Revolutionary Government, and replaced the State Ministry, which was created in times of the first occupation by the United States to serve the interests of US imperialism. (PL)
