Puerto Padre, Las Tunas.- In the early hours of the morning, on the occasion of the 176th anniversary of the Chinese presence in Cuba, the president went to the Rufino Alay Chang Wushu and Chi Kung School, where she exchanged about the benefits of practicing Martial Arts. Likewise, Amarelle Boué awarded the effort of Cynthia Rodríguez Justo, silver medalist in the 5th ALBA Sports Games, with floral detail.

The leader also visited the facilities of the Carúpano base business unit (UEB), belonging to the Central West Port Services Company, to learn about the problems with water in the sugar terminal and the supply to the population. Although the community shows certain improvement, without achieving the necessary supply, the insertion of new neighbors, the deterioration of the connections, and the poor state of the pumping equipment make it impossible for the liquid to transit to the commercial center. Given its importance in the different processes, managers have adopted variants; which means a considerable expense of resources, such as fuel.

The rise in prices, food production, attention to workers, and the mission to replicate good experiences also focused the debate of the female representative with government authorities of the territory.

With hope as a shield, the parliamentarian spoke with the parents of Dr. Axel Herrera Correa, kidnapped while fulfilling his duty to save lives in Kenya. Amarelle Boué's words served as encouragement for the relatives and evidenced the country's commitment to return Axel to the Homeland.
