Dalmi Góngora García arrived at the commercial management of the base business unit of the Territorial Fuel Marketing Division (CUPET Las Tunas) Las Tunas as a student and has been there for 37 years.

Las Tunas, Cuba: "I arrived here in the accounting area. As time passed, I could move through other areas until I arrived at the Commercial Office. I graduated as a planning technician so my work consists of scheduling the distribution of all the fuel to be sold.

"In those years the work was less complex, there were larger quantities of product and it was shared differently, nowadays small volumes are distributed, as well as the frequency of distribution due to the current situation in the country.

Dalmi's view from CUPET commercial management is accurate. "The work we do here is nice but the difficult fuel situation makes it more complex when you have to share it between the generators - each with its characteristics - and the Service Centers."

A family atmosphere can be felt when you come to this place; this is how this office woman who has dedicated her life to the CUPET Commercial branch feels. "We are a family, we support each other in everything and this is due to our commitment, this is what unites us and makes us feel proud of the work we do, each one of us in our roles".

This is Dalmi, a woman of effort and self-sacrifice, who has remained in the same place for decades, giving her the respect and admiration of all those who work with her.
