Las Tunas returned to normality at 9:00 this morning, as there were no significant effects from Hurricane Oscar (later a tropical storm), which is moving away from Cuban territory.
Las Tunas, Cuba.- The National General Staff of the Civil Defense decreed that the provinces of Santiago de Cuba, Granma, and Holguín also return to that status.
However, non-essential administrative and teaching activities will remain suspended until Wednesday, October 23, as the Government had already decreed last week to deal with the current energy situation that continues to be difficult.
