The works carried out since the beginning of October in People's Council 3, in Alturas de Buena Vista, benefit the residents of eight of the 10 districts that comprise it.

"The idea was to work from one register to another, breaking up the street as it advances, without doing it before time. The investment includes a long stretch, which extends to Calle 27 and it is completely blocked.

"The works have not been exempted from unforeseen events; in the first block, the main water pipe broke and it was necessary to stop everything. The rains have been another problem because the downpour can take away all the progress, in a short time, which should not happen either."

Adelkys told us that, to not waste time, the workers of Hydraulic Resources and Construction engaged in the task advanced in the tie-down of the. The manholes are also being cleaned, and the delegate recognizes the extraordinary effort of the workers from the Community Services Company.
