Schools get ready to receive the students

From one end of this province to the other, the routines of thousands of families are about to change. After five months of complex and unexpected life experience and previously unthinkable practices, which came to remain in our day to day life, classes resume and schools return to be filled with laughter and hubbub.

Childcare centers will continue receiving infants

The flexibility in the time of entry and exit, the disinfection of surfaces, the mandatory use of the facemask and the physical distancing between those enrolled are measures that will remain in the province's childcare centers from this September 1st, when the 2019-2020 school year is resumed.

Schools get ready to receive the students

On September 1st, more than 83 thousand students from Las Tunas will return to classrooms, to resume the 2019-2020 school year, a stage marked by compliance with hygienic-sanitary measures in the confrontation with the COVID-19.

The actions of the educational sector in the province to ensure the resuming and completion of the 2019-2020 academic year, as well as to prepare for the next school term, were checked by a work team from the Ministry of Education, headed by the Vice-minister Eugenio González Pérez.
