Las Tunas.- Los Leñadores de Las Tunas y los Cachorros de Holguín dividieron honores este viernes en la continuación de la 62 Serie Nacional de Béisbol, luego de que estos últimos se repusieran de una holgada derrota a primera hora y triunfaran 4x2 en el segundo choque de una doble jornada acogida por el estadio Calixto García.
Las Tunas. - En el estreno de la 62 Serie Nacional de Béisbol, unos renovados Leñadores sufrieron ataques de Piratas, 6x3, en predios del “Julio Antonio Mella”. Problemas defensivos y la escasa productividad desde el cajón de bateo sentenciaron a los dirigidos por Abeysi Pantoja.
Las Tunas.- Tras ocho años de ausencia, el quinteto de Las Tunas regresó este viernes a la Liga Superior del Baloncesto Cubano y pagó el peaje de tanto tiempo fuera, al ceder 52-67 en un partido bien manejado por el favorito Capitalinos, implacable en la segunda mitad.
