Las Tunas, Cuba.- In a first decision, the Puerto Padre Municipal Defense Council restricted the mobility of 167 people from 61 homes, as reported by local Radio; a measure that was later extended to the rest of the town, according to the details of Roberto Cabrera Sao, vice president of the local management structure in a meeting with the members of the Defense Zone.
