Cadillac Hotel undertakes repair

Resorts in this eastern Cuban province are being repaired, taking advantage of the time off required by the social distancing measures decreed to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- After the vacationers' transfer to other provinces, who eventually returned to their countries of origin, the main properties of the state sector such as the hotels Brisas Covarrubias, Cadillac and Tunas, benefit from remodeling work.

This was confirmed by Giarlis Melenilla Romero, delegate of the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR, in Spanish) in Las Tunas.

Continuing to work on the solution of the out-of-order rooms, on the maintenance of the facilities and technological systems, as well as guaranteeing the prioritized investments is part of the strategy of the sector to deal with the abrupt and global stop of the operations of that industry.

In general, said the minister of the MINTUR, Juan Carlos Garcia Granda, resorts will be prepared, to offer a tourist service both nationally and internationally with more quality, once the conditions are created.
