The 25th edition of the International Habano Festival began at the halls of the Conference Center in this capital on Monday, focused on the entire world cigar industry highlighting Cuban Premium cigars.

Havana, Cuba.- The most significant meeting of this kind of cigar will run from February 24 to 28. More than 1,000 people from around 70 countries attend the event, in which the Cuban cigar industry features the latest innovations and trends in producing these luxury products.

Despite the island's complex economic challenges, cigar production, especially Premium or handmade cigars, continues to rise despite the financial situation, hurricanes, and various hardships.

Experts consider Habano cigars the best in the world due to the triple conditions of soil, climate, and the producers’ experience. The international corporation Habanos SA has been leading in commercializing these products, combining several factors, such as leaf production, rolling, and the culture of marketing this product.
