The Cuban President is in Palenque, Mexico, for migration summit.

The President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, is leading the delegation to the "For a Fraternal Neighborhood with Well-being" Summit today in Palenque, convened by his Mexican counterpart, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

The deal was penned by National Customs Authority Director Tayra Barsallo, and Cuban Ambassador to Panama Víctor Cairo

The governments of Panamá and Cuba signed a memorandum of understanding between the Customs Offices of both nations to facilitate bilateral trade, local media reported.
