The routes of the National Bus Company resumed operations

The routes of the National Bus Company that were paralyzed during the passage of Tropical Storm Laura resumed their operations since Tuesday at noon.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- For this eastern Cuban province, this meant the return to the highway of the buses that cover the itineraries to the cities of Camagüey, Holguín and Santiago de Cuba at the established times.

Additionally, the Viajero Company reported that it will make it possible to refund the ticket of those customers who had acquired it through the Viajando app, while those who not want a refund would be given priority in the resumption of services.

At the time of the stoppage due to Laura's arrival, interprovincial transport was operating throughout the country, except for the provinces of Havana, Pinar del Río and Artemisa, in which most of the episodes of autochthonous transmission of the new coronavirus are concentrated.
