Popular Camping launches campaign for its 40 anniversary

The workers of Popular Camping in Las Tunas presented to the press the campaign for the 40 years of this institution.

José Vega, director of Popuar CampingLas Tunas, Cuba.- José Vega Hernández, director of the Company, highlighted the efforts of the six institutions of this type in the territory and recalled that four of them function as isolation centers in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and that their workers have excelled in supporting and working during this difficult time.

He also recalled that Playa Corella and more recently Los Pinos, in Manatí, continue to receive campers at 60 percent of their total capacity. He also highlighted the options that are being prepared for the summer camping stage, among these, the improvement of the network of rooms in the accommodation area, new gastronomic offers, the opening of restaurants, cafes, barbecues, and pizzerias, and dance floors; as well as the incorporation of two sales offices and the completion of the managers in the municipalities.

They also have offers of takeaway food for the community, services are provided in four non-hotel facilities, and will open new rooms, plus 60 capacities of tents in the Lago Azul recreational center.

The campaign is called “Naturalmente juntos” (Naturally together) and takes place in a more favorable scenario for the territory in many aspects, among them, the prices reduction after their readjustment.
