New York.- Researchers found the U.S. spends far more per capita than 10 other nations — Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Holland, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K. — yet has the lowest life expectancy, highest infant and maternal mortality rates, and the most glaring inequities.
