Las Tunas, the same that other provinces and the special municipality of the Isle of Youth –except Havana and Matanzas-, begins this Thursday the first of the three phases within the post-COVID-19 recovery stage, as the Council of Ministers has announced.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Such a step has been possible because the measures implemented by our State and Government to face the pandemic of the new coronavirus show a trend towards its control and the Health System is capable of enduring what may come in the future.

It is important to emphasize that this new stage implies greater control and individual responsibility in the fulfillment of the sanitary norms and others related to physical distance, since much of what has been applied up to now is maintained in this initial period.

The resumption of various services and economic activities will be with important limitations.

In the coming days, the main authorities of the territory will give details of the application of this deconfinement. We summarize the general guidelines for the phase that is beginning today.
