After a successful 2022, with an income of 110 million pesos, 15 more than expected, LUDEMA Furniture, from Las Tunas, is entrusted with venturing in the current year in the assortment for the K and 23 hotel, in Havana, the highest in Cuba, with 42 floors.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- This future Cuban skyscraper, which is designed for some 560 rooms, is located in the heart of the capital and is very close to the Tryp Habana Libre, another giant of national architecture, with 26 floors.

LUDEMA, belonging to the DUJO Group, commits to start this year -and continue in 2024- the requests for this gigantic hotel, and the challenge of combining the work with the orders for the second tower of the hotel on 3rd Avenue and 70 Street, in the capital municipality of Playa.

LUDEMA's prestige grew when it took over the furniture of the Five Stars +, Grand Hotel Manzana Kempinski, the last decade.
