The third edition of the Industry and Commerce Fair was an opportunity for the business community to negotiate between entities of the territory, with international collaboration. The Las Tunas Agroindustrial Grain Company completed its second participation in an event of this type, intending to position itself in the market through the products and services it provides.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- “Arriving at this event opened a group of opportunities for us, even more so in this context, where the Cuban market has to find businesses to acquire its own financial resources. Our entity seeks the development of different programs to solve the company's social tasks and, at the same time, aspire to true sustainable development," commented Omar Yoel Pérez López, the director.

His stand debuted a logo with a new design, its tables were packed with commercial products, and the workers exuded a desire to grow and do more for the Cuban economy.

“This time, we brought to the fair a representation of the products we market, including grain corn, flour, sorghum, rice in its varieties, rice flour, pinole, soybeans, industrial animal feed, beans cowpea (known as Caritas), and the fasciolus. Also, a representation of the assortment of oilseeds, such as peanuts and sesame; concerning the latter, we work on their commercialization, both in national and foreign currency, in addition to looking for the necessary technology to process them,” Pérez López added.
For the company, this exhibition and commercial space contribute to productive progress and international projection.

“Since our first participation, progress has been sustainable since we have gained in the exchange with foreign businessmen and with state forms already approved in our country. These new ways take us into a higher moment, for which our business group prepared with greater professionalism in terms of the presentation of the products.”

According to the directors of the entity, for nearby plans, the company is working on linking with micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs), self-employed workers, and other economic actors that facilitate the acquisition of inputs and resources. On that path, they move forward.
