As of today, new rates will be in force in the sheepmeat marketing network of the province of Las Tunas, after an analysis carried out that took into account the criteria of the population.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Julio César González, director of the Small Cattle Company, reported that the leg, shoulder, loin, and neck will be sold at 90.00 pesos per pound, the ribs will be worth 75.00, while the red viscera will now be at 50.00 pesos per pound.

To update these rates, together with the agencies involved and a new cost sheet, the prices approved by the Council of the Administration in the municipality of Las Tunas were also adapted.

The manager announced that for the sale of this meat, on each of the premises, the measures adopted in the province to prevent the spread of COVID-19 must be maintained, including the permanent use of the facemask, the footwear baths, hand disinfection, and avoid crowding.
